Testing for pH and Reducing Sugars in Cucumbers and Lemons

Today we proceded with the tests for local and foreign cucumbers and lemons. First, we tested for reducing sugars (glucose) in the products using Benedict's solution. Apart from that we tested for their pH values by two different experiments:

-The pH meter test

-The universal indicator test
