Today we met in the lab to brainstorm and discuss some concerns which we had together with planning out the rotting test which will be done during the Christmas holidays. We needed to research some fruit disinfectants in which we can soak the fruit in to remove any soil remainings and other unwanted chemicals found in fertilisers.

We were concerned about the strawberries since the colour change of both the titration and the universal indicator test weren't sso clear. We are thinking to replace the strawberry with another fruit which has a lighter coloured juice so that colour changes are more evident.

We also started discussing about the taste test where we plan to cut small pieces of the fruit and vegetables and without the people knowing which is local and which is foreign, we give them a piece to tell us which tastes better.
