Further testing for Vitamin C and discussing the rotting test

Today we started off by continuing to test for Vitamine C in fruits and vegetables, by titration. The fruit that was tested on was the local tomato, since we had already done the foreign tomato.
Then we decided to brain storm on how to carry out the rotting test. We have alredy decided to keep the fruits and vegetables for the rotting test at home and take a picture of the progrression daily. The test will be carried over the christmas holidays and we are making sure to keep all fruit in the same conditions to ensure fair testing. We are going to do furthere research at home and share our ideas at our next session.
