Testing for pH and Reducing Sugars in Local and Foreign Tomatoes and Cucumbers

Today we juiced some local and foreign tomatoes aswell as local and foreugn cucumbers and we split the work up.
1 student was tetsing pH on all 4 juices using the Universal indicator
1 student was testing for pH on all 4 juices using the pH metre
1 student tested for reducing sugars in all 4 juices.
In this way we managed to cover a lot of work.
