pH and Benedict's Test on Local and Foreign Oranges

Today we were very excited because we started new tests in the lab!!!

We tested for pH using two methods:

(i) A rough method using Universal Indicator

(ii) An accurate method using a pH meter

The methods for the pH tests are shown here.

We also tested for reducing sugars using the Benedict's Test. The method for this test is shown here.
